Workflow Author Terms

These terms apply when you publish your workflows in the Milanko AI catalog. By ticking the box in the dashboard, you accept them. Here, the owner means the owner of Milanko AI. Ask them your questions: @mr_salamon_kanti.

Rights to your materials

You confirm that you hold all rights to the files and example videos you upload and that you may pass them on to buyers. If someone else owns the rights, you must have their permission.

The buyer receives the workflow files to use for themselves. You remain the author, but you allow Milanko AI to store, show and deliver these materials to buyers in the catalog. If you upload text in one language, the system may translate it automatically into the other site languages.

What you must not upload

Other people's work without the rights holder's permission, malicious code, files containing other people's personal data or credentials (keys, tokens, passwords), and anything that breaks the law. The owner may reject such material and hide the workflow.

Moderation

The owner reviews every change: a new workflow, a version, the title, summary, instruction, examples, the price and the “Free with the course” flag. Until a change is approved, everyone sees the last approved version.

The owner may refuse to publish or hide a workflow without giving a reason. They may also block an author who breaks these terms.

Price and the owner’s share

You set the price yourself in whole dollars, from $5 to $500. The site shows your price, and the buyer pays it plus the payment provider’s fee.

The owner keeps 10% of the workflow price, rounded up to the cent. The rest is yours.

Earnings and payouts

After payment is confirmed, your earnings stay on hold for 7 days. Then they become available for withdrawal if the order has not been refunded, blocked or put under review.

Payouts are made only in USDT on the TRC20 network, 1 USDT = $1. You can withdraw an available balance from $50. The owner checks each request manually. Sales are not guaranteed, and no one promises you income.

Disputes and refunds

The owner decides disputes with buyers. Their decision on a refund is final.

A refund to the buyer is paid from your share. If you have already been paid for that order, the amount becomes your debt and is deducted from your next earnings.

Buyers and access

If a workflow is hidden or its author is blocked, it disappears from the catalog and can no longer be bought. Buyers who have already paid for the workflow keep their access to it.

Changes to the terms

The owner may change these terms, the price limits, their share, the hold period and the minimum payout. Orders already paid keep the terms in force at the time of purchase.
