Privacy Policy
This page explains how Milanko AI uses data when you buy and receive access. If you have questions about your data, write to the author: @mr_salamon_kanti.
What data we receive
When you place an order, you give your email. We store the order number, the selected plan and payment method, the amount, the currency, the payment status and information about the delivery of access. After payment, you can link a GitHub username and start the Telegram bot. The bot receives your Telegram ID and username, if one is set in your account.
The site and server services may process technical request data, including the IP address, browser information, the time of the request and error messages. They are needed to run the site, protect requests and investigate failures.
Why we need this data
Your email is needed to create an invoice in Lava and to send messages about the purchase. Order data helps to confirm payment, account for the included update period and resolve the issue if payment or delivery of access was interrupted. The GitHub username and Telegram ID are needed to give access to your accounts specifically.
The author receives a service notification about a confirmed purchase with the email, the amount and the order number. Payment alone does not mean consent to advertising mailings.
Affiliate program
If you placed an order through the link of an affiliate program participant, that participant sees the data of this order: email, plan, amount, payment status and linked accounts. The code from the link is stored in the browser cookie for 30 days and is sent to the server when you place an order. Clicks on links are counted by a hash of the IP address; the address itself is not stored for this.
For a program participant we store the Telegram ID and username, link codes, page settings, uploaded videos, the USDT wallet address and the history of accruals and payouts. Your login to the dashboard is kept in a browser cookie.
Visit statistics
We count visits to the site and purchase steps only as total statistics by day: how many visits, clicks on “Buy”, opened invoices and payments there were. For the breakdown we use the country (determined by Cloudflare and passed in the CF-IPCountry header; if your browser's main language is Russian and the country is not a Russian-speaking one, for example because of a VPN, we take the country from the browser language), the device type from the browser data (phone, tablet or computer), the site you came from and the UTM tag of the link. Individual visits are not stored. When you place an order, the country, device type and source are saved with the order so that it is included in the same statistics.
The IP address is not stored for statistics: only its hash protects against inflated counts, and the hash is deleted within a day. So that you are not counted twice in a day, the site sets the milanko_vid cookie with a random identifier for 365 days. It is not linked to your email or order. Requests from search engines and other bots are not counted.
Payment and external services
Payment is processed by Lava.top and the payment services it uses. We pass Lava your email and the data needed to create an invoice, and in return we receive information about the invoice and the payment. You enter your card number, CVC and bank login details on the payment service’s side. Milanko AI does not store them.
Telegram and GitHub are used to deliver access. Telegram receives the data needed to link the account and invite you to the group; GitHub receives the username to invite you to the repository. The site also uses server infrastructure and Cloudflare to process requests. These services process data under their own rules; their servers may be located in other countries.
The order key in your browser
The site stores the order access key and the number of the latest order in the browser’s localStorage. The key is needed to open the order status and link accounts without a personal account. It is stored on the device and site address where you placed the order. Do not share this key with other people.
If you delete the site data or switch browsers, the key may be lost. There is no automatic recovery yet. Write to the author to restore access after your purchase is verified; you do not need to pay again.
Storage and your requests
Order data is stored for as long as it is needed to carry out the purchase, deliver access, provide support and keep records that are required. The period may depend on the type of data and the applicable requirements. You can write to the author to find out what information about you is stored, to correct it or to request deletion. Some data may need to be kept to carry out the purchase and to meet obligations provided by law.
